Payment & Gratuity
We accept payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal check, and cash. Gratuity cannot be added to card transactions and should be given in cash or check.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We ask that you provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge for the time set aside for your service. This applies to missed appointments also. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respectful observance of this policy.
We politely ask that our clients refrain from using cell phones in the salon in a distruptive manner and silence ringtones for the comfort and serenity of others.
For the safety and comfort of all our clients, any children in the salon under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Fresh coffee, herbal tea, and filtered water are offered to you upon your arrival. We invite you to stay connected during your appointment by using our complimentary salon-wide wifi. Our staff is always ready to serve you and make your experience at Citrine as relaxing, restful, and pleasant as possible.
Gift cards can be purchased in person or over the phone. We'll wrap them beautifully and even mail them for you. It's a perfect way to pamper and treat your loved ones, no matter the occasion.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive at Citrine, please let us know within 24 hours so that we can schedule a correction within a week, maximum, from your original appointment date. Unused or hardly-used products may be returned with proof of purchase for salon credit.
