| Cancellations & Missed Appointments Please provide 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment. |
| Gratuity Know before you go: the industry average is 15%-20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice. Gratuities should be handled in cash or check as they cannot be added to credit card payments. |
| Cell phones We ask that clients refrain from using cell phones in the salon. |
| Children For the safety and comfort of all clients. Any children in the salon under the age of 10 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian. |
| Gift certificates Gift certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount. Can be used for any service or purchase of retail items. Gift certificates can be purchased at citrine salon or by calling 919-929-2209. |
Client Satisfaction If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date. |
