Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Please provide 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment.
Gratuity
Know before you go: the industry average is 15-20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice. Gratuities should be handled in cash or check as they cannot be added to credit card payments.
Cell phones
We ask that clients refrain from using cell phones in the salon.
Children
For the safety and comfort of all clients, any children in the salon under age 10 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased in person, over the phone, or under the "Buy Gift Cards" section of our website.

Client Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.
